I love getting the mail – and I always have. When I was a little girl, I had numerous penpals and wrote to them often, just waiting for a response. Sending and receiving real mail is one of my little life’s pleasures. So, when subscription boxes became a “thing”, my heart (and spending budget) increased with joy! I’ve tried many, and thought I would put together my favorite boxes – the best subscription boxes out there!
*Some, but not all of these links are referral links. I was not compensated to write about any of these boxes, all opinions are my own.
Ipsy : I love that this is only $10, and you get a cute makeup bag along with new products to try! Customizing your profile ensures that you will get items picked out for you, which is an added bonus. I love trying new products without spending a lot of money on them.
Petit Vour : Same idea as Ipsy, except every item is all natural and cruelty free. This is a great way to try all natural beauty products for $15/month. I don’t currently get this box, only because I try to limit to one beauty box subscription at a time.
Target Beauty Box : This one is fun because you can try products that you can buy at Target, which is always a plus. Don’t forget to use your Target card for 5% off and free shipping!
Graze : $12/week gets you healthy snacks, packaged per serving. I loved this box while I was working because I would take the snacks to work for when the afternoon hunger hit. Most included nuts, so stay away if you are allergic!
Treatsie : Um, hello delicious. I started this one when it was new (and cheaper!). Now it is $20 and in a quest to be healthy, I decided to cancel it. But, this is perfect for a gift – often included were fun, out of the ordinary treats. Things like chocolate bars with chips, bourbon toffee, and homemade caramels with spiced apple.
Love With Food : Love this box. Once a month I get all natural, delicious snacks. The vary from sweet to savory, and it’s always worth the price. I’ve found a few new favorites through this subscription. Also, it’s the “Tom’s” of food – meals donated with each box purchased. Win-win.
Stitch Fix : Lately, I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Stitch Fix. But, if I look back on all of my fixes, overall they have been good and I still love the pieces I have bought.
Rocksbox : Awesome jewelry that you can borrow or buy for yourself? Yes please. You receive three pieces at a time – they are really good at following your wish list – and you can either wear them and send them back, or decide to purchase at member pricing. This is a great way to find new styles!
PopSugar Must Have Box : This is by far my favorite box, probably because it combines all categories above. It’s a little more expensive – $39.95/month – but you receive full sized items and gift cards. I have had it for four months and each month is valued well over $200. Bonus: Any items that I don’t absolutely love make great gifts! I’m also really excited because PopSugar just announced they will be doing a mini box that will still include some full sized items. I’m debating adding this one to my monthly haul as well! (Yes, that’s how much I love the items in these boxes!)
I’ve tried many boxes, most of which aren’t listed here, and these subscription boxes are definitely the best in my opinion. I’ve heard great things about Le Tote and Gwynnie Bee, but haven’t tried any other clothing box. Which are your favorites? Anything else I should check out?
