Is this thing on? Does anyone still come here to read my blog? I wouldn’t be surprised if the answer is “no”. I mean, I barely remembered my own password, so there’s that.
I could spend the next three paragraphs explaining exactly why I’ve been busy, but the short version is this – summer, vacations, school starting.
The truth is that I missed this space. I missed all of you, and writing, creating, interacting. I am back and have a list of post ideas to get started on. Before we get to that, I thought I’d catch up with all of you (and introduce myself to new readers, hi!) by sharing a few things that are all me.
I’m a stay at home mom, but most of my posts are not about my children. I also won’t post pictures of them.
I’m obsessed with my dog, a Boston Terrier, Charlie.
I live in Texas, but my heart will always be in the Midwest.
I love to shop, but rarely pay full price for anything. I love saving money.
Snail mail is still my favorite form of communication.
Nothing beats a glass of wine, a good book and a hot bath. I call it therapy.
